I’m Penny Orme.

For more than 30 years I’ve led global Sales and Customer Success organisations across four continents.

I have held Chief Revenue Officer, Chief Commercial Officer, and Chief Customer Officer roles in high-growth software companies.
I now help ambitious B2B software founders and executive teams grow ARR and NRR faster using proven playbooks tailored to their stage of growth.
